No problem! Weekly mat Pilates classes are exclusive to Seacrest Beach residents and guests, but I also offer private Pilates sessions at vacation rentals, beach access points, and other approved locations throughout 30A and surrounding areas. If you're staying nearby, I'd love to bring the class to you!

If weather doesn't cooperate, we'll work together to reschedule or move the class to a covered or indoor location when possible. Your safety and experience are always my priority.

I've got everything else covered! I'll bring the mats, music, and a thoughtfully planned class. Just bring a water bottle, wear comfortable athletic clothing, and get ready to move! Since we'll be practicing outdoors, expect to get a little sweaty and sandy - barefoot is recommended for the best experience.

Private Pilates sessions are offered at $30 per person. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time, with the remaining balance due on the day of your class. I accept a variety of payment methods, making the booking process simple and convenient.
